After eight months without a physcial building for gathering, Iglesia Emanuel has moved back into their previous church.  The Pastor and his family were living in the building because their home was destroyed, but now the church, the people, are meeting in the building once again.  It was a joy to be able to sing and praise God with them this past Sunday morning.  It was a delight to share in their joy and to see their excitment and thankfulness to God.

This coming Saturday we are having what is called a Campamento for the youth from the church and other areas in Chincha.  We will be playing a lot of games, eating some good food, watching a movie, and some more games.  Keep this Saturday in your prayers.

  1. Wow! It is amazing what we take for granted in our places of worship here. Are they truly places of worship or showplaces for human pride? Anyway, take care of my baby when he comes down.

  2. The church building is beautiful. The hearts of the church body even more so to give up their building to meet the needs of their Pastor & his family. They are truly an example of Christ and a testimony to their community. Praying for all the activities on Saturday and the Lord be glorified.

  3. Ill be praying! It is so awesome to see how you are flourishing there! God’s timing is perfect! BTW: I just realized our AMB teams will be going through training camp together in June…pretty neat…I met you at training camp and now we get to go through it together as leaders! Miss you and praying for you!
